Record Player

This is going to be my first attempt at building a record player, luckily I wont be alone. My good friend and electronics expert Mark will be assisting me with motor controls and hte overall building. I will be responsible for the plinth, machining, and setup.

• Jelco SD-750D [1]
  • Mounting distance from spindle on center - 214mm
  • Effective length (pivot point to needle) - 229mm

• Le HiFi Club 40mm thick laser cut platter [2]
  • 298mm diameter

• Le HiFi Club self-oiling bearing
  • Two peices
  • rifled barrel for oiling
